We are excited to host our wedding at RIU Guanacaste, an all‑inclusive beachfront resort located in beautiful Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We have arranged for a wedding room block at RIU Guanacaste for our guests. Booking within the room block is highly recommended, as it ensures you’ll be staying where all wedding events take place and allows transportation and wedding‑related arrangements to be coordinated seamlessly. Room block details and booking instructions will be shared soon. Please hold off on booking accommodations until this information is available. We can’t wait to spend a full wedding weekend together in paradise!

Airport transportation is provided for our guests! RIU will arrange round‑trip transportation between the airport and the resort through NEXUS Private Transfers.Once your travel details are finalized, RIU/NEXUS will coordinate your pickup directly to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival and departure experience. If you have any questions or need assistance with transportation arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help!

Guests should book their own flights to Costa Rica.Please fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR), which is the closest airport to the resort. Once your flight is booked, please submit your flight details by the requested deadline so round‑trip airport transportation can be arranged through RIU and NEXUS Private Transfers. We recommend booking flights early, as February is a popular travel season in Costa Rica!
